One of the Founders of Global Education

Rabindranath Tagore was a man so talented in his own practices such as writing and painting.  His other true passions came in the way of teaching education.  A true philosopher of his time.  His ideas and images were years beyond his culture.  He believed that learning should be fun and entertaining taking away the "normal" environment of sitting in a classroom and taking his teachings outside with nature.  Here is a link which talks about more of his educational practices and his philosophies about education.  Tagore on Education
